      目的 以设计方法的创新推动厨电产品的迭代更新,探讨Kano-AHP-QFD在双钻模型中的应用流程,从而准确聚焦用户的真实需求。方法 以双钻模型的4个阶段为设计研究导向。在发现问题阶段,采用PEST分析识别宏观设计机会,并通过网络评论挖掘、用户访谈及问卷调研等多种方式收集相关用户需求;在定义问题阶段,运用Kano模型归纳需求属性并利用AHP计算需求权重;在设计发展阶段,采用QFD将高权重需求转化为产品技术特征并计算权重层级;在设计实现阶段,将各层级的产品技术特征转化为具体设计方案。结果 针对厨房空间舒适度不佳、面积利用率不足等问题,提出了集成空调的冰箱设计。为验证方案的有效性,采用李克特量表进行评估。最终将方案转化为实用新型专利进一步验证其的创新性与合理性。结论 双钻模型与Kano-AHP-QFD相结合能有效指导厨电产品创新设计,完善了双钻模型在产品设计领域的具体应用路径。

      The work aims to drive the iterative updating of kitchen appliances through innovative design methods, explore the application process of Kano-AHP-QFD in the double diamond model, and accurately focus on the real needs of users. The research was guided by the four stages of the double diamond model. In the problem discovery stage, PEST analysis was used to identify macro design opportunities, and relevant user needs were collected through various methods such as online comment mining, user interviews, and surveys. In the problem definition stage, the Kano model was used to categorize need attributes and AHP was employed to calculate need weights. In the design development stage, QFD was used to translate high-weight needs into product technical features and determine their hierarchical weights. In the design implementation stage, the technical features at each level were transformed into specific design proposals. To address issues such as poor comfort and inadequate space utilization in kitchen spaces, a refrigerator design with integrated air conditioning was proposed. To validate the effectiveness of the solution, a Likert scale was used for evaluation. Finally, the solution was transformed into a utility model patent to further verify its innovation and feasibility. The combination of the double diamond model and Kano-AHP-QFD can effectively guide the innovative design of kitchen appliances, thereby enhancing the specific application process of the double diamond model in the field of product design.
