目的 以提升环城市乡村旅游服务质量、实现各参与主体的价值共享为目标,探索价值共创嵌入环城市乡村旅游服务系统的设计策略与方案。方法 通过文献分析价值共创内涵,梳理乡村旅游价值共创过程,得出环城市乡村旅游价值共创系统模型。运用实地观察法调研环城市乡村旅游发展现状。通过问卷调查法分析统计游客基本信息、行为特征,以及利用IPA法得出影响游客体验的服务要素,并结合用户访谈法了解其他利益相关者的旅游诉求,得出设计机会点和设计原则。通过利益相关者地图、服务蓝图、服务系统图构建设计方案。结果 基于调研内容梳理设计机会点,提出宜居宜游空间共享原则、休闲体验活动共创原则、乡村发展全面共建原则、多元主体协同共生原则四项环城市乡村旅游服务系统设计原则,并输出服务平台、体验活动流程等设计方案。结论 价值共创介入环城市乡村旅游服务系统能在提升游客旅游体验的同时,为其他利益相关者创造相应价值,构建多方利益最大化的主客共享空间,为环城市乡村旅游服务系统的创新设计提供新思路和新方法。 |

The work aims to explore the design strategy and scheme of value co-creation intervention in the rural tourism service system around the city, so as to improve the quality of rural tourism services around the city and realize the value sharing of each participating subject. Firstly, this study analyzed the connotation of value co-creation through literature, combed through the process of value co-creation in rural tourism and derived the value co-creation system model of rural tourism around the city. Then, the field observation method was used to investigate the current situation of rural tourism development around the city. Through the questionnaire survey method, the basic information and behavioral characteristics of tourists as well as the use of the IPA method were analyzed and counted to derive service elements affecting the tourists' experience. Combined with the user interview method, the tourism demands of other stakeholders were explored, and the design opportunity points and design principles were derived. Finally, design solutions were constructed through stakeholder maps, service blueprints, and service system diagrams. Based on the research content, this study combed the design opportunity points, put forward four design principles of rural tourism service system around the city:sharing of livable and swimmable space, co-creation of leisure experience activities, comprehensive co-construction of rural development, and synergistic symbiosis of diversified subjects, and output service platform, experience activity flow and other design programs. Value co-creation intervention in the rural tourism service system around the city can enhance the tourists' tourism experience while creating corresponding value for other stakeholders, constructing a host-guest sharing space that maximizes the interests of multiple parties, and providing new ideas and methods for the innovative design of the rural tourism service system around the city. |
