目的 针对包装简易灯泡产品运输过程中易损坏等相关问题进行分析并提出改良设计方案。方法 首先,对现有灯泡包装进行调研分析并得出设计要点,运用AHP分析用户需求,结合TRIZ理论中的因果链、故障树等相关路径分析问题;其次,依据问题定位结果,利用物质-场模型分析法对灯泡包装进行优化设计;最后,运用GRA对设计方案进行优选。结果 综合三种理论,分析用户、解决问题、方案优选,设计出一款可应用于市面上大多数灯泡的通用灯泡包装盒。结论 运用TRIZ/AHP/GRA理论,成功进行了灯泡包装的创新设计,有效解决了当前包装存在的问题,为在解决实际问题中的应用提供了宝贵的思路和参考。 |

The work aims to analyze the problems related to the easy damage of packaged light bulb products during transportation and propose improved design solutions. Firstly, the existing light bulb packaging was studied and analyzed to identify design points; the AHP was used to analyze user needs, and causal chain, fault tree and other related path in TRIZ theory were utilized to analyze the problems. Secondly, based on the problem localization results, the material-field model analysis method was used to optimize the design of the light bulb packaging. Finally, the gray correlation method GRA was used to optimize the design solution. Based on three theories, users were analyzed, problems were solved, and solutions were optimized, thus designing a universal light bulb packaging box that could be applied to most light bulbs on the market. By applying the TRIZ/AHP/GRA theory, innovative design of light bulb packaging has been successfully carried out, effectively solving the current packaging problems and providing valuable ideas and references for practical applications. |
