目的 为解决相应桥梁缆索覆冰问题,采用耦合改进双钻程序研究并设计一款桥梁缆索除冰装备。方法 通过对双钻模型进行耦合性改进,将多种设计模型融合并导入整体设计程序,先后进行了桥梁缆索除冰装备的功能需求探索、需求权重量化、技术要求转化、核心功能矛盾组构建与解决方案的输出,以达成“总体大于部分总和”的耦合效果。结果 运用耦合改进双钻程序解决了复杂的除冰装备设计需求,开发了一款桥梁缆索除冰装备的设计方案。结论 在理论层面,耦合改进双钻程序能够应用于复杂的装备设计开发,具有明显的优势和先进性。在实践层面,桥梁缆索除冰装备能够满足相应除冰需求,且符合当下危险作业无人化的趋势,具备一定科学与合理性。 |

Abstract: |
To address the issue of bridge cables being covered by ice, the work aims to study and design a bridge cable deicing device through an improved coupling double-drilling program. Through the coupling improvement of the double-drilling program, various design models were integrated into a comprehensive design program to carry out the function requirement exploration, requirement weight quantification, technical requirement transformation, core function contradiction group construction and solution output of bridge cable deicing device successively, thus achieving the coupling effect of "the whole greater than the sum of parts". Ultimately, the complex design requirements for the deicing device were resolved by the coupled improved double-drilling program, resulting in a design proposal for a bridge cable deicing device. Theoretically, the coupled improved double-drilling program demonstrates significant advantages and advanced capabilities for complex device design development. Practically, the bridge cable deicing device meets the specific deicing needs and aligns with the current trend towards unmanned hazardous operations, ensuring a certain level of scientific validity and rationality. |
