目的 挖掘非遗戏剧APP的用户需求,科学分析用户需求权重,优化非遗戏剧APP的用户体验。方法 首先,以用户访谈形成的用户体验地图为基础进行需求分析,将梳理的老年用户的行为及痛点转化为具身认知理论下的需求点;其次,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立层次模型并计算老年用户需求权重;随后,以正交表确定APP组合方式,建立高保真样本并邀请用户使用样本进行测试,收集实验相关数据并基于联合分析建立老年用户需求与界面设计模式之间的关系模型;最后,以此结果确定最佳方案组合——“桂韵戏剧”APP,邀请用户线下体验设计方案并进行问卷访谈,以验证方案的可行性。结果 设计出一种满足老年用户需求的非遗戏剧APP。结论 基于具身认知理论的老年用户非遗戏剧APP的界面设计模式,可有效获取老年用户对非遗戏剧APP的需求偏好,优化用户体验,为其他非遗戏剧类APP提供了一定的参考价值。 |

Interface Design on Intangible Cultural Heritage Drama APP for Elderly Users |

Abstract: |
The work aims to explore the user needs of the intangible cultural heritage drama APP, scientifically analyze the weight of user needs, and optimize the user experience of the intangible cultural heritage drama APP. Firstly, based on the user experience map formed by user interviews, a need analysis was conducted by transforming the behaviors and pain points of elderly users into need points under the theory of embodied cognition. Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to establish a hierarchical model and calculate the weight of elderly user needs. Next, an orthogonal table was used to determine the combination method of the APP, establish high-fidelity samples, invite users to test the samples, collect experimental data, and establish a relationship model between the needs of elderly users and interface design patterns based on conjoint analysis. Finally, the results were used to determine the best combination of solutions - "Gui Yun Drama" APP, and users were invited to experience the design offline and conduct questionnaire interviews to verify the feasibility of the program. As a result, an intangible cultural heritage drama APP that meets the needs of elderly users was designed.In conclusion, the interface design pattern of the intangible cultural heritage drama APP for elderly users based on the theory of embodied cognition can effectively capture the preferences of elderly users for the intangible cultural heritage drama APP, optimize the user experience, and provide some reference value for other intangible cultural heritage drama APPs. |
