基于用户无意识行为的智能垃圾桶创新设计研究

摘要:
目的 为了深入挖掘用户在使用智能垃圾桶过程中的潜在需求,提升用户的情感体验,设计出一款更加贴近用户需求的智能垃圾桶。方法 在INPD法的指导下,构建一种基于无意识设计理念与INPD-ANP-TRIZ的产品创新设计方法。首先,运用无意识设计理念观察和收集用户扔垃圾的行为,并对用户行为进行分类,挖掘用户无意识行为背后的潜在需求;其次,构建ANP模型,计算用户需求权重并进行排序;再次,运用TRIZ理论工具解决用户需求间出现的矛盾冲突,得到智能垃圾桶的设计方案;最后,对设计方案进行三维建模,并运用模糊评价法验证设计方案的可行性。结果 运用以上方法,对智能垃圾桶进行了设计,并对方案进行验证后,结果表明方案能够较好地满足用户的使用需求和情感体验。结论 基于无意识设计理念与INPD-ANP-TRIZ的产品创新设计方法能够有效地解决设计矛盾、满足用户需求、提升用户的使用体验,使智能垃圾桶的设计更加完善。同时,该方法能够为相关产品的创新设计提供思路与方法。

Abstract:
In order to thoroughly investigate the potential user demands during the use of smart trash cans and enhance the user emotional experience, the work aims to design a smart trash can that is more user-centric. Guided by INPD method, an innovative product design method based on the concept of "Without Thought" and INPD-ANP-TRIZ was developed. Firstly, the concept of "Without Thought rize their behaviors, and explore underlying potential demands. Secondly, an ANP model was constructed to calculate and prioritize user demands. Thirdly, TRIZ theory tools were employed to resolve conflicts in user demands and derive a design solution for the smart trash can. Finally, the design solution was three-dimensionally modeled and its feasibility was verified by fuzzy evaluation methods. Through this method, a smart trash can was designed and validated to better meet user demands and emotional experiences after scheme verification. The product design method based on the concept of "Without Thought" and the INPD-ANP-TRIZ effectively resolves design conflicts while meeting user demands and enhancing user experience, thus achieving optimal smart trash can design, and provides ideas and methods for innovative design of related products at the same time.
