目的 丰富儿童家具设计市场,进一步提升儿童的多感官机能和用户体验,同时帮助设计师精准定位设计方向和重点,并提供合理可行的功能实现思路。方法 首先通过FKANO模型、EWM和AHP提取多感官体验关键用户需求,得到权重优先序,并使用TRIZ解决设计冲突问题,其次进行儿童家具设计实践,最后使用模糊综合评价方法对设计进行评价。结果 运用该方法最终精准定位了11个基于多感官体验的关键用户需求,同时解决了实践过程中出现的3对冲突问题,并基于以上数据支撑设计实践和设计评价。结论 该方法能够精准提取多感官体验方面用户需求,提升了用户的满意度,并为设计师解决设计中出现的问题提供思路。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to enrich the children's furniture design market, to further enhance children's multi-sensory function and user experience while helping designers to clarify the direction and focus of design, and provide reasonable and feasible ideas for function realization. Firstly, the key user requirements of multi-sensory experience were extracted and the weight priority order was obtained through FKANO model, EWM and AHP, and the conflict of design was solved by TRIZ. Secondly, the design practice of children's furniture was carried out, and finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was employed to assess the design. With this method, 11 key user requirements based on multi-sensory experience were finally pinpointed, and three pairs of conflicts in the practice were solved at the same time, and the design practice and design evaluation were supported based on the data above. The method is able to accurately extract user requirements in terms of multi-sensory experience, which improves user satisfaction and provides ideas for designers to solve problems arising in design. |
