Abstract: |
The work aims to optimize users' experience in using pet training APPs, improve users' intention to use APPs, and provide effective system solutions for the research and development and innovative design of pet training APPs. The two-factor theory was used to analyze the impact of health care and incentive factors on users' decisions in using pet training APPs. Firstly, the existing problems of pet training APP were investigated. Secondly, the user behavior was analyzed, the key factors affecting the user's decision to use were identified, and the theoretical model was built. Relevant data were collected through questionnaires and verified with structural equation models. Incentive factors including pet socialization and preferential rewards had a significant positive effect on users' intention to continue using. Health care factors including privacy, security, ease of use and after-sales service had a significant negative effect on users' intention to unload. In addition, training courses and acquisition of pet knowledge not only positively affected the intention to continue using, but also negatively affected the intention to unload. Based on the research results, a series of design strategies are proposed, which provides a scientific and reasonable basis for the design of pet training APPs, and also provides a new idea for the development of other pet-related APPs. |
