目的 旨在探索交互叙事视角下的智能家居虚拟展示设计,以提升用户的沉浸体验和互动性。现有智能家居虚拟展示研究主要聚焦于技术实现,较少探讨叙事性引导在用户认知和情感体验中的作用。为此,本文结合交互叙事理论,构建智能家居虚拟展示的叙事设计策略。方法 首先,通过系统梳理现有智能家居虚拟展示存在问题,分析其在技术复杂性与用户认知简化需求、功能大众化与用户个性化需求和交互模式单一与用户主动交互需求之间的矛盾;其次,从故事架构、交互方式融合和用户角色沉浸三个方面,提出智能家居虚拟展示交互叙事设计策略;最后,以优智云居虚拟展厅设计为实际案例进行设计应用和效果验证。结果 实验数据表明,基于交互叙事的智能家居虚拟展示,在引导用户理解产品功能和获得情感反馈方面更为有效,但用户的认知效果受到经验和年龄的影响。结论 研究结果表明,基于交互叙事的智能家居虚拟展示设计,能够有效提升用户的参与感和满意度,促进用户对智能家居系统的理解和接受,未来的智能家居展示应更加注重用户情感连接和个性化互动,以提升用户体验并增强市场竞争力。 |

Design Strategies of Smart Home Virtual Display from the Perspective of Interactive Narratives |

Abstract: |
The work aims to explore the design of virtual display for smart home from the perspective of interactive narrative, so as to enhance users' immersive experience and interactivity. The current research on virtual display of smart home mainly focuses on the technical implementation, and seldom explores the role of narrative guidance in users' cognitive and emotional experiences. Therefore, this paper, in combination with the theory of interactive narrative, constructs the narrative design strategy for the virtual display of smart home. Firstly, by systematically reviewing the existing problems of virtual display for smart home, the contradictions among the demands for simplification of user cognition, massification of functions, and user personality, as well as the contradiction between the single interaction mode and the demand for active interaction from users were analyzed. Subsequently, from the perspectives of story structure, integration of interaction methods and user role immersion, the design strategies for virtual display and interactive narrative of smart home were proposed. Finally, the virtual exhibition hall design of Youzhiyunju was taken as a practical case for design application and effect verification. Experimental data indicated that the virtual display of smart home based on interactive narrative was more effective in guiding users to understand product functions and obtaining emotional feedback. However, users' cognitive effects were influenced by their experiences and ages. The research findings indicate that the virtual display design of smart home based on interactive narrative can effectively enhance users' sense of participation and satisfaction, and promote users' understanding and acceptance of the smart home system. In the future, the display of smart home should pay more attention to the emotional connection and personalized interaction with users, so as to improve the user experience and enhance market competitiveness. |
