设计思维在人工智能背景下的变革与挑战

摘要:
目的 为人工智能时代的设计思维创新路径提供新的视角和策略建议,以应对这一时代的挑战和机遇。方法 从不确定性到确定性的视角出发,将设计思维视为包含材料、形式、生产方式和功能的整体产品并通过文献研究,对传统设计思维和人机协同设计思维的结构进行总结和对比。以此为基础,探讨人工智能时代背景下设计师的创新模式、对不确定性的处理、设计材料与工具,以及设计师角色的转变。结果 传统设计思维的结构更多是为一种“独白式”创新而服务的,人机协同设计思维的结构则更强调“对话式”创新并构建了该模式的范式形态。结论 人工智能时代背景下,设计师需要更注重技术带来的不确定性,利用大语言模型拓展自身和人机协同的边界并构建能与机器共创的设计语言,以实现“对话式”创新。

Transformation and Challenges of Design Thinking in the Context of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract:
The work aims to provide new perspectives and strategic suggestions for the innovation path of design thinking in the era of artificial intelligence, so as to meet the challenges and opportunities of this era. From the perspective of uncertainty to certainty, design thinking was regarded as a whole product including materials, forms, production methods and functions, and the structures of traditional design thinking and human-machine collaborative design thinking were summarized and compared through literature research. On this basis, the innovative mode of designers, the treatment of uncertainty, the design materials and tools, and the transformation of designers' roles in the era of artificial intelligence were explored. The structure of traditional design thinking was more for a kind of "monologue" innovation, while the structure of human-machine collaborative design thinking emphasized "dialogue" innovation and constructed the paradigm of this mode. Under the background of artificial intelligence era, designers need to pay more attention to the uncertainty brought by technology, use large language model to expand the boundary between themselves and human-machine collaboration and build a design language that can be co-created with machines to realize "dialogue" innovation.
