基于感性工学和AHP的轻卡造型设计研究

摘要:
目的 提高轻型卡车造型设计评价的客观性,减少个人喜好等主观因素对造型设计评价带来的干扰和不确定性,提出一种基于感性工学和层次分析法(AHP)的轻卡造型设计方法,并通过对创新设计方案和竞品进行有效评价和验证,提高企业产品开发设计决策的精准度和效率。方法 首先,以国产轻型平头卡车外观造型为研究对象,通过感性工学确定感性意象词汇组,通过李克特心理量表法分析并建立轻卡意象尺度图;其次,采用阶层类别分析法,明确感性意象词汇与造型特征的映射关系,总结造型设计方案创新常用的设计手法;再次,采用AHP构建造型设计方案和感性意象词汇间关系的评价体系,并确立各评价指标权重;最后,结合评价指标的权重,对照感性意象词汇与造型特征之间的映射关系,完成创新设计方案,并与竞品方案进行模糊综合评价打分,验证方案可行性。结论 通过运用感性工学和AHP的方法,初步构建了轻卡造型设计开发、评价的工具;不仅能有效地挖掘用户心理需求,将用户的需求量化,还减少主观因素对设计方案评价的干扰,提高企业决策的精度和效率。

Light Truck Styling Design Based on KE and AHP

Abstract:
The work aims to propose a light truck styling design method based on Kansei engineering (KE) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and carry out effective evaluation and verification through innovative design schemes and competitors to improve the accuracy and efficiency of enterprise product development and design decisions, so as to improve the objectivity of the evaluation of light truck styling design and reduce the interference and uncertainty caused by subjective factors such as personal preferences. Firstly, with the exterior styling design of domestic light flathead trucks as the research object, the perceptual image vocabulary group was determined through KE. The image scale of light truck was analyzed and established by Likert psychological scale analysis; Secondly, through category classification, the mapping relationship between perceptual image vocabulary and styling features was clarified, and the commonly used design skills for innovative exterior styling were summarized. Once again, the AHP was used to construct an evaluation system for the relationship between styling design and perceptual image vocabulary, and the weights of each evaluation indicator were established. Finally, by combining the weights of evaluation indicators and comparing the mapping relationship between perceptual image vocabulary and styling features, the innovative styling design scheme was completed, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score was conducted with the competitor scheme to verify the feasibility of the scheme. In conclusion, through the application of KE and AHP, a preliminary tool for the development and evaluation of light truck styling design is constructed. It can not only effectively tap into the psychological needs of users, quantify their needs, but also reduce the interference of subjective factors on the evaluation of design schemes, improving the accuracy and efficiency of enterprise decision-making.
