目的 高速列车服务日益成为研究的重点,乘客乘车途中的各设施极大影响乘客乘车舒适度。旨在探讨高速列车内部设施对乘客乘车满意度的影响程度和各因素之间的相互关系。方法 整体采用结构方程模型的研究方法,将座椅、灯光、行李架、引导设备视为外生潜变量,乘客乘车满意度视为内生潜变量进行研究。结果 根据SPSS信度分析和Amos结构方程建模发现座椅对乘客乘车满意度产生较大的正向影响,其次是灯光对乘客乘车满意度产生正向影响,而行李架的空间布局对乘客乘车满意度存在显著负向影响。这一效应可能源于行李架与座椅的空间配置关系:在有限的车厢空间内,行李架的布局设计会挤占座椅的有效使用空间,进而降低乘客的乘坐舒适度体验。结论 本次研究对后续高速列车内部各因素的设计优先级进行了排序,确定了对乘客乘车满意度产生关键影响的因素和各因素细分部分影响程度占比,为高速列车内饰设计人员提供设计依据。 |

Influence of Internal Equipment of High-speed Rail on Users' Ride Perception Satisfaction |

High-speed train service has become the focus of increasing research, and the equipment on the way greatly affects the comfort of passengers. The work aims to explore the influence of internal equipment of high-speed trains on passenger satisfaction and the relationship between various factors. The research method of structural equation model was adopted as a whole, and seats, lights, luggage racks and guiding equipment were regarded as exogenous latent variables, and passenger satisfaction was regarded as endogenous latent variables for research and discussion. According to SPSS reliability analysis and Amos structural equation modeling, it was found that seats had a great positive impact on passenger satisfaction, followed by lighting which had a positive impact on passenger satisfaction, while the spatial configuration of luggage racks had an apparent negative impact on passenger satisfaction, which might stem from the spatial configuration relationship between luggage racks and seats:in the limited carriage space, the layout design of luggage racks would occupy the effective usable space of seats, thereby reducing the comfort experience of passengers. In conclusion,this study ranks the design priorities of the internal factors of the subsequent high-speed trains, and determines the factors that have a key impact on passenger satisfaction and the proportion of the influence of each factor subdivision, providing a design basis for the interior designers of high-speed trains. |
