基于FKM-SEM模型的陪护式儿童输液坐具设计研究

摘要:
目的 解决陪护式儿童输液坐具设计中面对众多用户需求抉择问题,引入一种FKM-SEM集成理论方法应用于需求分析过程中,以识别出核心设计需求,提升设计分析的靶向性,进而设计出用户满意的陪护式儿童输液坐具,优化就医体验。方法 在FKM-SEM集成理论方法框架下,首先运用实地观察和用户访谈收集、整合与提炼用户需求,确定 22项用户需求。然后借助模糊卡诺模型(Fuzzy Kano Model,FKM)对用户需求进行类别属性划分,得到了7项必备需求、5项期望需求、4项魅力需求以及6项无差异需求。再据此构建结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM),分析各层次需求与用户满意度之间的影响机制,并明确各项用户需求对用户满意度的影响程度。最后以结构方程模型运行结果为依据,完成众多用户需求的抉择,识别出了12项核心用户需求指导设计。结果及结论 基于FKM-SEM集成理论方法完成了陪护式儿童输液坐具的创新设计,说明该方法应用于儿童输液坐具设计分析中具有一定的可操作性和实用性,能有效解决设计过程中面对用户多样性和模糊性需求难以抉择的问题,帮助设计人员把控设计重点,提高设计效率。

Design of Accompanying Children's Infusion Seats Based on the FKM-SEM Model

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of many user requirements in the design of accompanying children's infusion seats, the work aims to introduce an integrated FKM-SEM theoretical method to the process of requirement analysis to identify the core design requirements, improve the targeting of design analysis, and then design user-satisfying accompanying children's infusion seats to optimize the experience of medical treatment. Under the framework of FKM-SEM integrated theory and methodology, 22 user requirements were identified by firstly collecting, integrating and refining user requirements through field observation and user interviews, and then user requirements were classified into categories with the help of fuzzy Kano model, producing 7 essential requirements, 5 expected requirements, 4 attractive requirements and 6 undifferentiated requirements. Next, the structural equation model was constructed to analyze the influence mechanism between the requirements and user satisfaction, and clarify the degree of influence of each user requirement on user satisfaction. Finally, based on the results of the structural equation model, the selection of many user requirements was completed, and 12 core user requirements were identified to guide the design. Based on the integrated theoretical method of FKM-SEM, the innovative design of accompanying children's infusion seats is completed, which shows that the method applied to the design and analysis of children's infusion seats has a certain degree of operability and practicability, and can effectively solve the problem of difficulty in making a choice in the face of the user's diversified and ambiguous needs in the process of design, thus helping the designer to control the focus of the design and improve the design efficiency.
