面向不同场认知的信息交互设计用户体验评价研究

摘要:
目的 场认知风格是认知风格研究中最受关注的领域之一,不同场认知风格的用户具有不同的认知偏好。需要面向场依存-场独立两种认知风格用户,构建信息交互设计用户体验评价体系,为包容性设计提供认知理论依据与方法参考。方法 首先,梳理不同场认知风格和信息交互设计要素,并通过问卷筛选出与不同场认知风格紧密相关的用户体验评价要素;其次,引入GQM客观度量范式,构建面向不同场认知风格的用户体验评价体系;最后,利用层次分析法计算各评价指标权重,并讨论评价体系的可行性。结果 在评价指标方面,面向不同场认知的用户体验评价体系包含信息层、交互层和感知层3 个目标,且不同场认知风格群体评价偏好不同。场依存性用户更适合信息简洁、交互方式明确固定、符合认知经验的产品与场景;场独立性用户更适合信息丰富、交互方式自由个性化、提供认知摩擦的产品与场景。结论 针对不同功能与场景的信息交互产品,对认知风格的测量可直接、有效定义信息交互设计用户需求和行为特征,可尝试作为用户画像的必要指标,以丰富用户画像颗粒度,缩短用户研究进程。

Evaluation on User Experience of Information Interaction Design for Different Field Cognition Styles

Abstract:
Field cognition style is one of the most prominent areas of research within the broader field of cognition styles, where users with different field cognition styles exhibit distinct cognition preferences. To cater to both field-dependent and field-independent cognition style users, the work aims to construct a user experience evaluation system of information interaction design, providing cognitive theoretical foundations and methodological references for inclusive design. Firstly, the characteristics of various field cognition styles and information interaction design elements were systematically reviewed and subsequently questionnaires were used to identify user experience evaluation factors closely associated with these cognition styles. Secondly, the Goal-Question-Metric (GQM) paradigm was introduced to establish a user experience evaluation system tailored to different field cognition styles. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to calculate the weights of each evaluation indicator, and the feasibility of the evaluation system was discussed. In terms of evaluation indicators, the user experience evaluation system for different field cognition styles encompassed three objectives of the information layer, interaction layer and sensorial layer, with varying evaluation preferences among different cognition style groups. Field-dependent users tended to prefer products and scenarios that offered concise information, clear and fixed interaction modes, and conformed to their cognitive experiences. In contrast, field-independent users were more suited to products and scenarios characterized by rich information, free and personalized interaction modes, and elements that provided cognitive challenges. For information interaction products designed for diverse functions and scenarios, measuring cognition styles can directly and effectively define user needs and behavioral characteristics in information interaction design, which can potentially serve as a vital indicator within user personas, enriching the granularity of user profiling and accelerating the user research process.
