基于TRIZ理论的人体前臂假肢设计研究

摘要:
目的 针对现有前臂肌电假肢产品弃用率高、可用性低等问题进行设计改善,提升上肢伤残缺陷人群对前臂假肢的使用率。方法 应用故障诊断树分析法(FTA)寻找产生现有问题的底层根本原因,引入TRIZ理论使用术语定义根本原因,转化为TRIZ通用工程参数并进行描述与分析,形成1组物理矛盾和3组技术矛盾。针对技术矛盾,通过查询阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵寻找对应发明原理进行问题的解决。针对物理矛盾通过分离原理产生具体解决方案,指导整体设计创新以形成最优解方案。结果 在用户具体需求定位的指引下进行设计改进,得到较为符合前臂截肢人群使用需求的、一种系统有效的设计方案并进行三维建模产品设计。结论 通过结合2种理论有效定位具体使用需求,快速形成解决方法,为同类型人造假肢产品的创新设计提供参考。

Abstract:
The work aims to improve the design of the existing forearm myoelectric prosthesis products to solve the problems of high abandonment rate and low usability, and to enhance the utilization rate of forearm prostheses for the upper limb disabled and defective people. Fault Diagnostic Tree Analysis (FTA) was applied to find the underlying root causes of the existing problems, the TRIZ theory was introduced to define the root causes using terminology and transform them into TRIZ general engineering parameters, which were described and analyzed to form one group of physical contradictions and three groups of technical contradictions. The corresponding inventive principles for problem solving were found by querying the Archie Schuller contradiction matrix for technical contradictions, and specific solutions for physical contradictions were generated by separating the principles to guide the overall design innovation to form the optimal solution. Under the guidance of the user's specific needs positioning for design improvement, a systematic and effective design solution which was more consistent with the needs of the forearm amputee population was obtained and three-dimensional modeling product design was conducted. By combining the two theories, the specific using needs are effectively located to form solutions rapidly and provide a reference for innovative design of similar prosthesis products.
