目的 为提高女性用户对家庭卫浴产品的使用满意度,集成EFA和CFA-SEM理论对女性家用卫浴产品进行深入探讨。方法 对女性群体样本进行卫浴产品期望值调研,并采用EFA对量表数据进行信度与效度分析,从而明确卫浴产品预期质量;然后基于CFA-SEM对预期质量进行模型验证,以评估模型整体拟合度及各参数显著性。明确女性消费者对家用卫浴产品期望质量,并基于人机工程学对家用卫浴产品进行设计实践,从家用卫浴产品的造型、功能、材质方面进行创新设计和优化。结论 提出一种女性视阈下的家用卫浴产品质量指标研究新思路,可有效洞察消费者真实需求,极大提高用户体验感及满意度。此外,家用卫浴产品期望值量表通过EFA测试,被验证为有效量表,可为后续女性卫浴产品调查研究提供参考。 |

Design of Female Home Sanitary Products Based on EFA-CFA-SEM |

Abstract: |
In order to improve the satisfaction of female users with home sanitary products, the work aims to integrate EFA and CFA-SEM theory to discuss female home sanitary products. The expectation of sanitary products was investigated in the female group, and the reliability and validity of the scale data were analyzed by EFA, so as to clarify the quality expectation of sanitary products. Then, the expected quality was verified based on CFA-SEM to evaluate the overall fit of the model and the significance of each parameter. The quality expectation of female consumers for home sanitary products was clarified, and the design practices were carried out for home sanitary products based on ergonomics. Then, the innovative design and optimization were conducted from the shape, function and material aspects of home sanitary products. A new idea is proposed for the research on product quality indicators of home sanitary products from the perspective of women, which can effectively gain insight into the real needs of consumers and greatly improve the user experience and satisfaction. In addition, the home sanitary product expectation scale has passed the EFA test and has been verified as a valid scale, which can provide a reference for subsequent investigation and research on women's bathroom products. |
