Taking "Shuey Rhon Rhon" as an example, this paper reveals the symbol value of Olympic mascot in the design and dissemination, and provides valuable experience and new research perspectives for the creation and development of Olympic mascots. Using the methods of literature analysis and induction, from the perspective of culture, semiotics and design, we interpret the symbolic value of Shuey Rhon Rhon and the cultural output of visual expression. The success of mascot design cases lies in its ability to integrate contemporary aesthetic personality while full of cultural implication and sports spirit, and produce effective cross-cultural communication and communication with cultural output and emotional identity.
