目的 从用户实际使用需求角度出发，设计一款在使用过程中不会造成边角浪费且具有创新性交互方式的智能肥皂盒。 方法 从情感化设计的层面进行研究，将用户行为的调研数据作为对产品功能需求设计的依据，并运用层次分析法即(AHP)分析法，将用户需求进行整理归纳得出产品功能需求层级属性，加以权重计算找到亟须解决的问题，为设计提供数据支撑，对其中的技术问题，构建产品技术矛盾质量屋，将具体的设计问题抽象转化为TRIZ理论中的39个通用工程参数，通过矛盾矩阵得出技术矛盾的解决方法，对应TRIZ 40项发明原理逐一突破。结果 从用户对肥皂盒使用需求角度出发，并运用TRIZ理论发明方法，可在较大程度上对设计师给予指导性意见，保障了设计的科学性。
