目的 文章研究了文化产业数字化的发展模式与协同体系设计。方法 从文化产业数字化的定义和内核出发，剖析了国外文化产业数字化的发展模式;总结了我国当前发展文化产业数字化的窘境。结果 提出了适应我国文化产业数字化的高效发展模式与协同体系;结论 构建了政府主导的“1+N”协同体系发展模式:由政府主体领导的精英联盟、文化企事业、群智个体等合作伙伴共同组成的多方协作利益共同体;阐述了“五位一体”的设计发展战略，集数据战略、政策规划、数智技术标准与规范、法律体系、扶持政策为一体大力发展数字文化;形成政府与社会共同参与设计的协同保障体系，为数字文化产业蓬勃发展添砖加瓦。
