目的 对20世纪90年代以来出现的养老服务模式和概念进行梳理和总结，有助于研究我国养老服务的发展，提出适合我国特点的养老服务模式。方法 运用文献结果荟萃分析法和Citespace软件，针对已发表文献，进行统计总结和信息可视化分析，探究现有研究的范围和趋势。然后结合老年人养老需求和服务业细分理论，对养老服务模式和概念进行了理论和统计标准分类。结论 我国养老服务行业呈现出多元发展局面，出现了以康养小镇、互联网+为代表的一系列新型养老模式。养老服务产业也出现了与医疗健康产业、旅游产业、科学技术产业、金融行业、互联网行业融合发展的新趋势。通过养老服务地点和主体性质的二维关联分析，可以帮助老年人找到合适的养老服务模式。

This paper aims to summarize the healthcare service models and the concepts in China since the 1990s, which is helpful for studying the development of the healthcare service industry and valuable for proposing a healthcare service model that is suitable for our country. Based on the published literatures, this research uses meta-analysis and the Citespace software to summarize the scope and trends of research and visually analyze existing research. By combining the needs of the elderly and the theory of market segmentation, the healthcare service models and concepts can be classified in the theoretical and statistical standard. The healthcare service presents a diversified development situation, and a series of new healthcare service models have emerged, such as Healthcare Town and “Internet+ healthcare”. The healthcare service industry has also emerged a new trend of integration and development with medical and health industry, tourism industry, science and technology industry, financial industry, and Internet industry. By the two-dimensional correlation analysis of service location and the nature of healthcare service models, older people can choose a suitable healthcare service model for them.
