目的 在老龄化背景下，基于为失智症患者营造良好身心治疗环境的需求，探索博物馆参与建设认知症友好社区的可能性。方法 引入服务设计思维，合理利用博物馆在社区中扮演的重要角色，提出面向“公众”“患者家庭”以及“患者本身”三个维度的不同策略，以及具体的概念设计方案。结论 基于物理和文化环境构建的博物馆参与认知症友好社区营造的服务设计方法，可匹配不同利益相关者的差异化需求，如公众意识的培养与科普、患者家庭正向氛围的营造、患者自尊与社会参与感的提升等。

The work aims to explore the possibility of museum participating in building a Dementia Friendly Community based on the need to create a good physical and mental treatment environment for dementia patients in the context of aging. Service design thinking was introduced. With the rational use of the important role and key resources of museum in community, different strategies for the three dimensions of "public", "patient family" and "patient" and specific conceptual design plans were proposed. The service design method for museum participating in building a Dementia Friendly Community based on physical and cultural environments can match the differentiated needs of different stakeholders, such as public awareness training and popular science, positive atmosphere building of patient family, and improvement of patient's self-esteem and social participation.
