目的 以提高社会福祉为主要目的，提升社区居民文化生活的幸福感和归属感。方法 按居住面积和人口区分社区类型，通过实地观察、问卷调查和用户访谈等方法洞察居民主要需求点，创新性提出“以用户福祉为中心的设计(HWCD)”理念，将用户福祉相关需求模块化，并应用于社区健身娱乐设施的改良设计。结论 基于HWCD理念的社区健身娱乐设施完善，提升了居民尤其是老人及儿童等人群的体验度和满意度，呼应了我国新时代背景下社区福祉高质量发展的建设目标。

The work aims to improve the happiness and sense of belonging of community residents in cultural life, so as to improve the social well-being. The community types were distinguished according to living area and population, the main demand points of residents were investigated through field observation, questionnaire survey and user interviews, and the concept of "User Well-being Centered Design (HWCD)" was creatively proposed. The user well-being related needs were modularized, and applied to the improvement design of community fitness and entertainment facilities. The improvement of community fitness and entertainment facilities based on the HWCD concept has improved the experience and satisfaction of residents, especially the elderly and children, and echoes the construction goal of high-quality development of community well-being in the context of the new era in China.
