目的 通过分析老年人对功能性食品包装的认知特点，运用层次分析法进行综合分析评价，从而设计出满足老年人实际需求的功能性食品包装。方法 从老年人对功能性食品包装设计的需求出发，获取老年人对功能性食品包装设计的感性意象词汇库，从而构建包装设计综合评价指标体系，通过层次分析法计算各指标间的权重大小，生成关键设计要素的重要程度排序，明确功能性食品包装的适老化设计方向。结果 通过构建基于层次分析法的设计流程，完成了一套老年人功能性食品包装设计方案，并进行设计验证，结果反馈该方案用户满意度较高。结论 基于层次分析法可以有效分析出用户需求的重要度和不同需求的情感倾向，按照设计流程分析得到老年人对功能性食品包装的特殊需求，为老年人功能性食品包装的设计提供理论依据和实践参考。

The work aims to design functional food packaging that meets the actual needs of the elderly by analyzing the cognitive characteristics of functional food packaging among the elderly and using the analytic hierarchy process for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Based on the needs of the elderly for functional food packaging design, the perceptual image vocabulary of the elderly for functional food packaging design was obtained, so as to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for packaging design. The weight of each index was calculated through the analytic hierarchy process. The importance ranking of key design elements was generated. And the elderly-oriented design direction of functional food packaging was defined. By constructing a design process based on the analytic hierarchy process, a functional food packaging design scheme for the elderly was completed and verified. The results showed that the scheme had high user satisfaction. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the importance of user needs and the emotional tendencies of different needs can be effectively analyzed. According to the design process, the special needs of the elderly for functional food packaging can be analyzed, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the design of functional food packaging for the elderly.
