目的 分析总结新中国工业遗产特征，从而指导我国工业遗产保护与再利用事业。方法 整合总结我国各部位发布的文化遗产名录中的工业遗产，从工业遗产的空间分布与行业分布两个角度，分析了新中国时期工业遗产省域分布情况、聚集性、所在城市特征、行业类型、尺度特征，并总结了其形成的影响因素。结果 新中国工业遗产主要分布在我国华中、华北、西南部以及东北部。在空间上呈现聚集性分布，总体具有宏观均匀、微观聚集的特征。有大量新中国时期工业遗产分布在较小型的城市。在行业特征上，新中国工业遗产的分布有一定的地域性，重工业占据绝对的数量优势。结论 新中国工业遗产拥有很多值得挖掘的特征，分析总结这些特征对我国当下存量发展、产业转型、文化创新等社会发展问题具有重要的意义。

The work aims to analyze and summarize the characteristics of industrial heritage after the founding of the People's Republic of China to guide the protection and reuse of Chinese industrial heritage. The industrial heritage in the cultural heritage lists issued by various departments of China was integrated and summarized. From the perspectives of spatial distribution and industrial distribution of industrial heritage, the provincial distribution, aggregation, city characteristics, industry types, and scale characteristics of industrial heritage after the founding of the People's Republic of China were analyzed and factors influencing the formation were summarized. The industrial heritage after the founding of the People's Republic of China was mainly distributed in the central China and north, southwest and northeast of China. In terms of space, it presented an aggregated distribution in space, generally characterized by macroscopic uniformity and microscopic aggregation. There were a large number of industrial heritages after the founding of the People's Republic China distributed in smaller cities. In terms of industry characteristics, the distribution was regional and heavy industry occupied an absolute quantitative advantage. Finally, the industrial heritage after the founding of the People's Republic of China has many characteristics worth exploring. Analyzing and summarizing these characteristics is of great significance to China's stock development, industrial transformation, cultural innovation and other current social development issues.
