摘要

目的 梳理耒耜设计的演进历程,探索传统耒耜设计的造型原理及其演进因素,总结传统耕垦农具的造物思想与设计智慧,为农业机械装备创新设计提供理念借鉴。方法 通过文献分析、对比研究等方法,结合历史文物与现存实物等例证材料,依据耒耜的演进历程,对耒耜的造型起源、材料与结构演变、使用方式变化等方面进行细致分析。结论 传统耒耜的演进历程可大致分为尖头木棒、耒耜、犁三个阶段,其间受到力学原理、人机工学和功能特性等因素的影响,体现出适宜省力、效率为先、随事而变的传统耕垦农具造物思想与设计智慧。

Abstract

The work aims to sort out the evolution of Leisi design, explore the modeling principles and evolutionary factors of traditional Leisi design, and summarize the creation ideas and design wisdom of traditional farming tools, so as to provide conceptual reference for the innovative design of agricultural machinery and equipment. Through literature analysis, comparative research and other methods, combined with historical relics and existing objects and other illustrative materials, and based on the evolution process of Leisi, a detailed analysis on the origin of shapes, evolution of materials and structure, and changes in usage methods of Leisi was carried out. The evolution of traditional Leisi can be roughly divided into three stages:pointed stick, Leisi, and plow. With the effect of factors such as mechanical principles, ergonomics, and functional characteristics, it reflects the traditional farming tool creation ideas and design wisdom of being suitable and labor-saving, efficiency first, and changing according to the situation.
