目的 为了改善当前衣柜难以满足老年人实际需求的普遍现状，强化老年用户的无障碍操作体验，提出基于包容文化的适老性衣柜的创新设计，提升家居收纳产品的包容性。方法 首先，在文献研究的基础上收集当今老年人的实际需求，基于KJ法筛选出代表性需求并进行分类。其次，利用层次分析法(AHP)建立适老需求层次系统，并计算各级老年用户需求的标准化权重。结果 获得适老性衣柜设计策略并规划实践案例。结论 本研究所提出的包容文化能够有效地满足当前老年用户使用衣柜产生的实际需求，提高产品对老年用户群体的包容性，为适老性收纳产品的开发提供了理论与实践参考。

In order to improve the general situation that the current wardrobe is difficult to meet the actual needs of the elderly and strengthen the barrier-free operation experience of elderly users, the work aims to propose an innovative design of elderly-oriented wardrobe based on inclusive culture to improve the inclusiveness of household storage products. Firstly, based on the literature research, the actual needs of the elderly were collected, and then the representative needs of the elderly users were screened and classified based on KJ method. Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to establish the hierarchy system of the needs of the elderly, and the standardized weight of the needs of the elderly users at all levels was calculated. Finally, the design strategies of elderly-oriented wardrobe were obtained and the practical cases were planned. The inclusive culture proposed in this study can effectively meet the actual needs of current elderly users, improve the inclusiveness of products for elderly users, and provide a theoretical and practical reference for the development of elderly-oriented storage products.
