摘要

目的 为增强家具产品适老化程度,提升老年用户对坐便椅的满意度。方法 通过在线评论文本驱动,并结合Kano、AHP和TOPSIS等研究方法构建一种适老化坐便椅产品设计模型。首先,利用Python工具抓取网络在线评论文本,深度挖掘用户对产品需求;其次采用Kano模型对用户需求进行属性划分,并应用AHP对各属性下用户需求进行重要度分析,根据结果分析进行方案构思及设计;最后,采用TOPSIS对适老化坐便椅方案进行优选决策,以对最佳坐便椅方案进行优化设计。结果 该模型在适老化产品研发过程中可科学指导设计师决策,有助于快速准确获取海量老年用户需求,并合理分析用户需求重要性。结论 为同类适老化产品开发提供设计路径,也可为适老化产品设计研究提供参考。

Abstract

The work aims to improve the age-friendliness of furniture products and elevate the satisfaction of elderly users with toilet chairs. With online review text as a driving force, research methods such as Kano, AHP, and TOPSIS were integrated to construct a model for designing age-friendly toilet chairs. Firstly, Python tools were utilized to fetch review texts of related products from the internet, facilitating a deep exploration of user needs for toiled chairs. The Kano model was then employed to categorize user needs into attributes, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to analyze the importance of these user needs under each attribute. Based on the results, conceptualization and design of a more age-friendly toilet chair were then developed. Lastly, the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was employed for optimal decision-making regarding age-friendly toilet chair solutions, with the aim of optimizing the best age-friendly toilet chair design. The model could scientifically guide designers' decisions in the process of developing age-friendly products, assisting in the rapid and accurate acquisition of a vast amount of elderly user needs and the rational analysis of the importance of these needs. This study may also provide reference ideas for designing similar age-friendly products. Additionally, it can serve as an academic paradigm and a pathway for related research.
