摘要

目的 通过科学、规范的设计流程和方法挖掘复杂的设计需求,整合指导流水茶台设计研究,以此形成可以借鉴的范式。方法 通过用户行为的方法挖掘设计需求。首先,采取切片式的参与式观察、非参与式观察和深入访谈为方法收集基本的设计需求;其次,通过Kano模型来判断设计需求属性,区别必备型需求、期待型需求、魅力型需求、无差异需求和逆向需求;在此基础上,通过设计需求、设计对象映射、功能聚类对茶台展开设计。结果 对功能进行了挖掘和属性区分并以此为指导完成了完整的茶台设计,满足设计需求并实现商业化落地。结论 基于用户行为流及Kano模型相结合的方法,可以有效挖掘设计需求,比较适用于复杂功能集成的设计问题求解,但是也要依赖设计师的经验。

Abstract

The work aims to explore complex design needs through a scientific and standardized design process and methods, and integrate and guide the design research of a flowing tea table to establish a reference model. The design needs were extracted according to the user behavior flow method. Initially, basic design needs were collected through sliced participatory observation, non-participatory observation, and in-depth interviews. Subsequently, the Kano model was employed to assess the attributes of design needs, distinguishing between necessary needs, expectation needs, charm needs, indifferent needs, and reverse needs. On this basis, the tea table's design was executed by mapping design needs to specific objects and clustering functionalities. The functions were analyzed and the attributes were identified, resulting in the successful completion of the tea table design to meet all design needs and ensure its commercial viability. The combination of user behavior flow analysis with the Kano model is proved to be effective in extracting essential design needs while addressing complex functional integration challenges; However, it also relies on designers' experience.
