摘要

目的 在日益激烈竞争的背景下,企业创新需综合考量用户需求和技术发展。基于主要价值参数(Main Parameter of Value,MPV)驱动进行产品创新,MPV是区分产品的关键特性和功能,影响客户的购买决策。以用户需求为导向,结合技术进化趋势,为企业在竞争激烈的全球市场环境中提供创新指导。方法 首先,在Kano模型基础上构建一套用于识别主要价值参数的流程,运用该模型对用户需求予以分类,并借助熵值法评估需求重要度;其次,在进化机会分析阶段,以主要价值参数为目标,对专利文献展开分析,梳理技术发展路径,且将分析结果以技术进化树的形式可视化呈现;最后,结合技术进化趋势识别潜在进化机会,以此指导创新方案的生成。结果 构建了一个基于技术进化趋势的产品创新方法框架,该框架以主要价值参数为驱动力,从用户视角出发挖掘产品进化创新动力。结论以扫地机器人为例进行的案例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。挖掘新的MPV能够为企业的产品创新提供指导方向,从而提高用户的满意度和忠诚度。

Abstract

In the fiercely competitive global market, enterprises need to comprehensively consider user needs and technological progress. The work aims to drive product innovation based on the Main Parameter of Value (MPV) which is the key feature and function that distinguishes products and influences customers' purchasing decisions, providing innovation guidance for enterprises in the fiercely competitive global market environment when guided by user needs, and combined with the theory of technological evolution. Firstly, based on the Kano model, a set of processes was proposed to identify the main parameter of value, classify user needs through this model, and evaluate the importance of needs by the entropy method. Secondly, in the evolution opportunity analysis stage, with the main parameter of value as the goal, the patent literature was analyzed, the technological development path was sorted out, and the analysis results were visualized in the form of a technological evolution tree. Finally, combined with the trend of technological evolution, potential evolution opportunities were identified to guide the generation of innovative solutions. A framework of product innovation was developed based on the theory of technological evolution, exploring the driving force of product evolution from the user's perspective. The effectiveness and practicality of this method are verified through case analysis with a robotic vacuum cleaner as an example. By exploring new MPV, guidance can be provided for product innovation in enterprises, thereby improving user satisfaction and loyalty.
