目的 积极老龄化视域下，在依托社区养老服务中心的复合型托老所营造过程中需充分满足老年人全方位、多样化服务需求。因此，本研究基于服务设计理念提出一种面向社区复合型托老所用户需求痛点挖掘方法。方法 通过制定用户需求研究的相关调研工作，整理分析相关利益者信息，对用户进行服务情境分析，从而得出复合型社区托老所应具备的六类主要空间，分别以田野调查法与多元线性回归分析捕获用户对托老所空间的具体需求。结果 提炼并确立适应于现阶段社区复合型托老所的用户需求痛点。结论 本研究所提出的需求挖掘及提炼方法充分验证了服务设计理念对建造社区复合型托老所存在的显著作用及价值，为后期营造服务设计理念引导下的社区复合型托老所福祉创新设计提供可靠的理论支撑。

From the perspective of active aging, during the establishment of composite elderly daycare centers relying on community elderly daycare service centers, it is essential to fully meet the comprehensive and diverse service needs of the elderly. Therefore, based on the service design concept, the work aims to propose a method for exploring the pain points of user needs in community-based composite elderly daycare centers.By formulating relevant research on user needs, organizing and analyzing information of relevant stakeholders, and conducting a service scenario analysis of users, six main types of spaces that a composite community elderly daycare center should possess were obtained. The specific needs of users for the spaces of the elderly daycare center were captured through field investigation and multiple linear regression analysis respectively. The pain points of user needs suitable for current community-based composite elderly daycare centers were refined and determined. In conclusion, the method of need-exploration and refinement proposed in this work fully validates the significant role and value of the service design concept in the construction of community-based composite elderly daycare centers. It provides reliable theoretical supports for the innovative design of the well-being of community-based composite elderly daycare centers guided by the service design concept in the later stage.
