目的 人工智能飞速发展，人们的生活方式逐步从数字化迈向智能化，然而老年人群体尚未真正共享并融入数智新生活，通过探索新的设计领域、工具、思维及方法，加快智能产品的适老化设计，推动数字公平的实现，帮助老年群体更好地适应现代生活方式。方法 针对银发群体使用智能化产品的问题出发，通过文献结合案例研究，回顾与分析了包容性设计理论与智能产品的适老化设计方法并总结出当前设计方法的局限性，以用户调研结合系统设计思维，提出基于SET-PMC的智能产品设计要素与原则，构建出包容性视角下类莫比乌斯(Mobius)双环状结构的智能产品与服务适老化设计方法。结果 通过运用SET-PMC全因素模型和Mobius双环状方法，提出了一种能够适应老年人群体动态需求的包容性智能产品适老化设计方法，强调在设计过程中的价值共创、情境感知与数字公平。结论 包容性设计视角下的适老化设计新范式，将包容性设计方法与以人为本的系统设计思维相结合，创新理论模型与方法路径，探索满足更多老年用户动态需求的包容性与友好性创意设计，助力跨学科设计团队构建设计驱动的智能产品与服务适老化创新发展模式，推动老龄化相关产业与社会生活的高质量发展。

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, people's lifestyles are gradually moving from digitalization to intelligence, however, the elderly has not yet truly shared and integrated into the new digital life, so it is imperative to accelerate the elderly-friendly design of smart products and services by exploring new design fields, tools, thinking and methods, to reach digital equity, and help the elderly better adapt to modern lifestyles. Based on the problems in the using of elderly-friendly products, this study reviewed the development of inclusive design and the elderly-friendly design methods for smart products and services through literature review and case study, summarized the limitations of current design methods, put forward the design elements and design principles of smart products based on SET-PMC, and constructed the Mobius double-loop structure model of elderly-friendly design methods for smart products and services from the prospective of inclusive design. With the use of the SET-PMC full factor model and the Mobius double-loop method, an inclusive elderly-friendly design method of smart products was proposed, which could adapt to the dynamic needs of the elderly group, and emphasized value co-creation, situational awareness and digital equity in the design process. The new paradigm of elderly-friendly design under the perspective of inclusive design combines the systematic inclusive design method with human-centered design thinking, innovates in the theoretical model and methodological path, explores the inclusive and friendly creative design that meets the dynamic needs of more elderly users, and helps the interdisciplinary design team to build a design-driven innovative development mode of aging-friendly intelligent products and services, and promotes the high-quality development of aging-related industries and social life.
