摘要
目的 聚焦情感化产品在设计创新、执行程序与评价体系中的难点,整合多学科研究方法与模型以突破现有瓶颈,阐明感性设计成果的创新规则与评价依据。方法 设计执行方法是融入组合设计思维的BS法(头脑风暴法),规避传统方法中想法松散且决策质量低下等问题,通过组合关键要素提升设计创新的效率与品质。设计的评价架构整合KANO模型与AHP法(层次分析法)。其中,KANO模型用于锁定用户核心需求,AHP法对竞品与本品中的情感价值建立权重,通过量化比对用户核心需求与产品情感价值的契合度,以此作为评价优秀情感化产品的设计依据。结论 通过BS、AHP、KANO的组合模式,形成逻辑清晰、执行高效、可拓展应用的产品设计创新方法与评价体系。
Abstract
The work aims to focus on the common difficulties in design innovation, implementation procedures and evaluation system of emotional products, integrate multidisciplinary research methods and models to break through the existing bottlenecks, and elucidate the innovation rules and evaluation bases of emotional design achievements. The BS method which integrated design thinking was adopted to circumvent the problems of loose ideas and low decision-making quality of the traditional method, and improve the efficiency and quality of the design results by combining the key elements. For the evaluation structure of design, the KANO model and the AHP method were integrated. The KANO model was used to classify the user needs, and the AHP method was used to classify the needs of competitors and the product and analyse the weight, so as to lock the degree of correspondence between users' core needs and the emotional level of the product through quantitative comparison, which was used as a basis for evaluating the ranking of excellent emotional product design. In conclusion, BS, AHP, and KANO forms a product design innovation method and design evaluation system with clear logic, easy execution, and expandable application.
