摘要

目的 针对已有产品的缺陷分析及改进设计过程,利用可拓理论对功能流模型进行形式化描述和拓展,提出了一种结合功能流模型和可拓蕴含系分析的产品创新方法。方法 首先,建立产品功能流模型并识别缺陷流路径,将缺陷流与可拓理论中的蕴含系分析方法结合,构建缺陷流可拓模型及蕴含系分析树;其次,获得细化后的缺陷流路径并对其待改进事元与物元进行复合;最后,对复合结果进行拓展分析和可拓变换,从而得出问题的解决方案,实现对产品的创新设计。结果 将该方法应用于禽屠宰定位放血装置的缺陷问题,验证了其可行性,为创新设计方法提供了新的思路。结论 该方法从功能流中的缺陷出发分析其相关因素,通过拓展分析和可拓变换形成解决方案,为改进产品中存在的不足功能提供了指引。

Abstract

In order to analyze the defects of existing products and improve the design process, the work aims to describe and expand the functional flow model by extension theory, and propose a product innovation method combining functional flow model and extension implication analysis. Firstly, the functional flow model of the product was established and the defect flow path was identified, and then the defect flow and the implication analysis method in extension theory was combined to construct the extension model of defect flow and the implication system analysis tree. Secondly, the refined defect flow path was obtained and the matter-element to be improved was compounded. Finally, the composite results were expanded and transformed, so as to get the solution to the problem and realize the innovative design of the product. The method was applied to the defect problem of the positioning bloodletting device for poultry slaughter, which verified its feasibility and provided a new idea for the innovative design method. The method starts from the defects in the functional flow to analyze its related factors, and forms a solution through extension analysis and extension transformation, which provides guidance for improving the insufficient functions in the product.
