社会生态系统理论视域下代际沟通中的适老化产品设计研究

摘要

目的 旨在打破老年群体在代际沟通中的沟通壁垒,通过客观获取代际沟通中老年群体的用户需求,完成一款促进代际沟通的适老化产品设计方案。方法 首先,基于社会生态系统理论框架,对代际关系差异及老年用户需求进行定性分析,提取产品指标并构建层次结构模型;其次,运用AHP-DEMATEL模型计算各产品指标要素的加权权重值、关联权重值及其相互关系;最后,计算混合权重以综合确立关键用户需求,指导设计方案完成。结果 明确了代际沟通中老年人群需求的3个主题、8个亚主题及适老化产品设计指标重要性,完成了适老化产品设计。结论 社会生态系统理论在设计学领域可有效用于用户需求的综合分析;AHP-DEMATEL模型能够确立并验证产品设计中多指标的重要性,有效降低代际适老化产品设计中的模糊性,为相关老年产品设计研究提供参考。

Abstract

The work aims to break the communication barriers of the elderly group in intergenerational communication and complete a product design scheme for the elderly to promote intergenerational communication by objectively obtaining the user needs of the middle-aged and elderly groups in intergenerational communication. Firstly, based on the theoretical framework of socio-ecological system, the qualitative analysis of intergenerational relationship differences and the needs of elderly users was carried out to extract product indicators and construct a hierarchical structure model. Secondly, the AHP-DEMATEL model was used to calculate the weighted weight value, associated weight value and their relationship between the index elements of each product. Finally, the mixed weights were calculated to comprehensively identify the key user needs and guide the completion of the design scheme. The three themes and eight sub-themes of intergenerational communication and the importance of the design index of age-appropriate products were clarified, and the design of age-appropriate products was completed. Socio-ecological system theory can be effectively used in the field of design for the comprehensive analysis of user needs. The AHP-DEMATEL model can establish and verify the importance of multiple indicators in product design, effectively reduce the ambiguity in the design of intergenerational age-appropriate products, and provide a reference for the design of related elderly products.
