目的 通过一体式折叠纸盒在小型电子产品和玻璃制品包装中的应用分析,解决传统包装结构中存在的复杂组装流程、材料浪费和环保性不足的问题。通过研究免胶和粘胶结构,提高包装效率、减少材料使用、降低物流成本并提升环保性。方法 采用实验设计和对比分析的方法,选取不同形状结构的产品,针对其结构特点设计了免胶和粘胶一体式折叠纸盒方案。评估成型效果、抗冲击性、组装效率、便携性及环保性能,并与传统分离式包装结构、拼版效益进行对比。结果 免胶一体式折叠纸盒无须胶水,具有显著的环保优势并提升了组装效率,但对纸板的厚度和挺度要求较高。粘胶结构则强了纸盒的结构稳定性,使不同厚度的纸板能够保持良好的外观和保护性能。此外,在拼版效益方面,一体式折叠纸盒也优于传统结构。结论 验证了免胶和粘胶一体式折叠纸盒的设计有效提高了包装效率、减少了材料浪费,并增强了其环保性。具有广泛应用潜力,尤其在可持续包装领域。
Abstract
The work aims to analyze the application of integrated folding cartons in the packaging of small electronic products and glassware, addressing issues in traditional packaging such as complex assembly processes, material waste, and insufficient environmental sustainability. By studying adhesive-free and adhesive-based structures, the research is dedicated to improving packaging efficiency, reducing material usage, lowering logistics costs, and enhancing environmental friendliness. Experimental design and comparative analysis methods were used and products of different shapes and structures were selected. Then, adhesive-free and adhesive-based integrated folding carton solutions were designed according to the structural characteristics. The molding quality, impact resistance, assembly efficiency, portability, and environmental performance of the cartons were evaluated and the comparison with traditional separate packaging structures and imposition efficiency was carried out. The adhesive-free integrated folding carton eliminated the need for glue, providing significant environmental benefits and improving assembly efficiency, but required higher stiffness and thickness in the paperboard. The adhesive structure enhanced the stability of the carton, allowing paperboards of various thicknesses to maintain good appearance and protective performance. Additionally, in terms of imposition efficiency, the integrated folding carton outperformed traditional structures. The study verifies that adhesive-free and adhesive-based integrated folding cartons effectively improve packaging efficiency, reduce material waste, and strengthen environmental sustainability, offering broad application potential, particularly in the field of sustainable packaging.
