摘要

目的 为改善银龄老人的移动医疗检测环境,提高银龄老人在医疗检测过程中的舒适性和检测效率。方法 通过对银龄老人移动医疗检测装备的分析,确立银龄老人的医疗检测姿态;选择JACK仿真分析软件,对银龄老人在移动医疗检测过程中的可视域、可达域以及舒适度进行仿真研究。根据仿真分析结果,对移动医疗检测装备座舱进行设计改进。结果 经过改进设计方案的仿真分析验证,银龄老人的体检舒适度和体检效率得到了显著提高,满足银龄老人个体差异性的需求。结论 通过JACK仿真分析软件,对银龄老人移动医疗检测装备座舱进行仿真分析,能够有效识别现有设计中的人机缺陷,提高方案中的人机设计合理性,为今后移动医疗检测装备的设计提供了理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract

The work aims to improve the mobile medical diagnostic environment for elderly individuals and enhance their comfort and diagnosis efficiency during the medical diagnosis process. This study analyzed the mobile medical diagnostic equipment for the elderly and established their medical diagnosis postures. JACK simulation analysis software was selected to simulate and study the visibility, reachability, and comfort of elderly individuals during the mobile medical diagnosis process. Based on the simulation analysis results, the cabin design of the mobile medical diagnostic equipment was improved. The simulation analysis of the improved design verified that the comfort and efficiency of the elderly's physical examinations were significantly enhanced, meeting the individual differences and needs of elderly users. Through the use of JACK simulation analysis software, the cabin of the mobile medical diagnostic equipment for the elderly can effectively identify human-machine engineering deficiencies in the current design, improve the rationality of human-machine design, and provide theoretical and practical references for future designs of mobile medical diagnostic equipment.
