摘要

目的 解决高校图书馆自习桌在满足自主学习需求方面的不足。面对考研、考公等引起的大学生长期自习需求增多等问题,设计一款智能、自适应且符合用户需求的图书馆自习桌,提升学生学习体验和舒适度。方法 首先,通过用户旅程观察与随机访谈收集初始功能需求,通过综合文本分析梳理其他需求,汇总确定参与评价的22项初步需求。其次,面向在校大学生随机发放207份Kano问卷,对回收问卷根据需求类型进行属性分析,权重赋值。之后,使用QFD模型将需求与设计特性关联,构建质量功能配置屋,量化不同设计特性的重要性,形成高校图书馆自习桌设计指导依据。结果 智能控制、储物单元、围合隔断、状态显示和电动升降等均为高校图书馆自习桌优先考虑的设计特性。设计实践中通过用户测试和专家评审验证了方案的可行性,最终提出了适配高校图书馆自习需求的设计方案。结论 研究表明,基于Kano-QFD结合的设计方法能够有效获取量化的用户需求,并将需求与具体产品特性进行映射,准确高效地指导设计实践,为自习桌椅类的产品设计提供了新的思路和参考。

Abstract

Objective:This study aims to address the shortcomings of existing study desks in university libraries in meeting the growing needs for independent learning. In response to the increasing demand for long-term self-study among college students—particularly driven by postgraduate entrance exams and civil service examinations—this research proposes the design of an intelligent, adaptive study desk that aligns with user requirements, thereby enhancing students’ learning experience and comfort.Methods:Initial functional requirements were collected through user journey observations and random interviews. Additional needs were identified through comprehensive text analysis, leading to a final list of 22 preliminary user requirements for evaluation. Subsequently, 207 Kano questionnaires were randomly distributed to university students. The responses were categorized by demand attributes and assigned corresponding weights. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model was then applied to map user needs to design characteristics through the construction of a House of Quality (HoQ), quantifying the relative importance of each design feature and establishing a reference framework for study desk design in university libraries.Results:Intelligent control, storage modules, enclosure partitions, status displays, and electric height adjustment mechanisms were identified as priority design features. The feasibility of the proposed design was verified through user testing and expert evaluation, resulting in a final solution tailored to the self-study demands of university students. Conclusion:The integrated Kano-QFD design methodology effectively captures and quantifies user needs, translating them into actionable product features. This approach provides accurate and efficient guidance for design practice and offers a valuable reference for the development of self-study desks and similar furniture products.
