摘要

目的 以多模态交互为视角,深入探究科普APP的用户感知偏好要素及设计策略,从而增强用户体验与科普传播效果。方法 首先通过焦点小组访谈全面梳理影响科普APP多模态感知偏好的10项要素及其水平,随后采用正交实验进一步构建27种界面组合方案,并通过用户评估量化多模态要素的重要性及效用值,最终提出科普APP的多模态设计策略和界面方案。结果 在科普APP感知偏好中,视觉与触觉模态影响显著,而界面色调、视觉动效与反馈程度则为关键要素。依据结果设计生成了《天工开物》科普APP的界面方案,并验证了所提策略的有效性。结论 研究揭示了科普APP的多模态感知偏好要素组合及设计策略,为科普APP的设计优化提供了理论依据和实践指导,同时也将促进公众科学素养的提升和科普事业的数字化发展。

Abstract

The work aims to delve into the elements and design strategies that influence user perception preferences in science popularization (sci-pop) APPs from the perspective of multi-modal interaction, to enhance user experience and the effectiveness of science popularization. Initially, 10 factors and their levels influencing multi-modal perception preferences in sci-pop APPs were comprehensively identified through focus group interviews. Subsequently, an orthogonal experiment was conducted to construct 27 interface combination schemes. User evaluations were then used to quantify the importance and utility values of these multi-modal elements, ultimately proposing multi-modal design strategies and interface solutions for sci-pop APPs. Visual and tactile modalities significantly impacted perception preferences in sci-pop APPs, with interface color tone, visual dynamics, and feedback degree being key elements. Based on these findings, the interface design for the sci-pop APP "T'ien-kung k'ai-wu" was developed, validating the proposed strategies' effectiveness. The study reveals the combination of multi-modal perception preference elements and design strategies for sci-pop APPs, providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing sci-pop APP design. This will also promote public scientific literacy and the digital development of science popularization.
