摘要

目的 顺应数字技术与文旅产业融合的发展趋势,以武汉“知音号”为例,从用户需求视角系统探究数字文旅交互体验功能设计策略。方法 首先,通过用户旅程图获取初始需求;其次,运用Kano模型完成需求的分类与筛选;最后,采用AHP层次分析法构建判断矩阵确定各功能权重。结果 研究构建了包含多维化展示、社交服务、游戏化交互三个维度的功能体系,提出以功能优先级为导向的交互体验优化路径。结论 研究表明,结合用户旅程图与Kano-AHP方法可有效解决传统需求分析中主观性强、权重匹配不科学等问题,所构建的“需求识别—属性分类—权重量化”三阶模型为数字文旅交互设计提供了创新性参考框架,对同类应用的功能迭代具有一定的理论价值与实践指导意义。

Abstract

Aligning with the trend of digital-technology integration in the culture and tourism industry, the work aims to systematically explore interactive design strategies for digital culture and tourism from a user-needs perspective, adopting Wuhan's "Zhiyinhao" as a case study. Initially, preliminary needs were extracted through user journey mapping. Subsequently, the Kano model was applied to categorize and refine these needs. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to construct judgment matrices and quantify functional weights. A tripartite functional framework encompassing multidimensional display, social services, and gamified interaction was developed, and a priority-based optimization pathway was proposed. The results indicate that integrating user journey mapping with the Kano-AHP approach effectively mitigates limitations inherent in conventional need analysis, such as subjective biases and arbitrary weight allocation. The study contributes a three-tiered model of "need identification, attribute classification, and weight quantification" as an innovative framework for digital cultural tourism interaction design. These findings offer theoretical and practical implications for functional upgrades in analogous applications.
