摘要

目的 针对当前市场上老年助行器的设计现状,提出运用KANO-AHP-TRIZ创新集成的方法设计一款面向老年人的无动力助行器。方法 首先,通过桌面调研、用户访谈等方法,分析市场现状,收集用户需求,并运用情感化设计理论对需求进行分类;其次,运用KANO理论将用户需求进行初步属性归类分析,再结合AHP层次分析法进行各需求综合权重分析,为设计者提供设计方向;最后,TRIZ理论解决需求中的矛盾冲突,为设计实践提供指导与启发。结论 在设计过程中,KANO-AHP-TRIZ集成方法的使用使得设计者更加清晰用户需求的属性与权重,并高效地解决用户需求,平衡设计因素,验证了该集成理论在老年人助行器设计中的可实践性。

Abstract

In response to the current design of walking aids for the elderly in the market, the work aims to propose an innovative approach to designing a non-motorized walking aid for the elderly by integrating KANO-AHP-TRIZ methods. Firstly, the current market situation was analyzed through desktop research, user interviews and other methods and the user requirements were collected and classified by emotional design theory. Then, the KANO theory was employed to analyze the user requirements by preliminary attribute categorization, and the comprehensive weights of requirements were analyzed by combining with AHP hierarchical requirement theory, providing designers with design directions. Finally, the contradictions and conflicts in the requirements were solved by TRIZ, providing guidance and inspiration for the design practice. In the design process, the use of KANO-AHP-TRIZ method makes the designer clearer about the attributes and weights of user requirements, and efficiently solves the user requirements and balances the design factors, which verifies the practicability of the integration theory in the design of walking aids for the elderly.
