摘要

目的 网络和智能产品改变着当今的生活,但众多传统村落的老年人却时刻被这些新时代的“工具”所困扰,为解决该问题,设计一款适老化的传统村落电商APP。方法 获取详尽的目标用户需求是适老化 APP 设计的关键,首先,通过问卷调研与访谈的方式,初步收集并梳理模糊的用户需求,为后续需求分析奠定基础;其次,在获取基础需求信息后,借助KANO模型对收集到的用户需求进行系统分析,明确并划分出不同需求的属性(如必要需求、期望需求、魅力需求等),让需求分类更具针对性;最后,在清晰界定用户需求属性的前提下,进一步运用层次分析法(AHP)对各类需求进行量化处理,计算得出不同需求的权重排序,最终为适老化 APP 后续的设计工作提供科学、可靠的数据支撑与方向指导。结果 明确了传统村落电商APP适老化设计的功能类需求、外观类需求、操作需求及安全类需求的KANO属性划分,并获得了21项用户需求的权重排序,设计出一款可以有效满足传统村落老年人需求的电商APP。结论 实验证明,文章建立的KANO-AHP集成模型能够为传统村落电商APP的适老化设计提供可行的设计理论指导,以传统村落老年人的实际用户需求为出发点,可为相关的应用程序适老化设计开发提供思路。

Abstract

Networks and smart products are transforming today's lives, yet many elderly individuals in rural villages are struggling with these modern-day "tools". The work aims to tailor an elderly-friendly e-commerce APP for traditional villages to address this issue. Acquiring detailed user needs from the target audience was crucial for the design of the elderly-friendly APP. This article first gathered fuzzy user needs through questionnaire surveys and interviews, followed by a KANO model analysis to categorize the characteristics of these user needs. Based on a clear understanding of user needs, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to obtain a weighted ranking of user needs, providing reliable data guidance for subsequent design. The KANO characteristics of functional, appearance, operational, and security-related needs for the elderly-friendly e-commerce APP in traditional villages were clearly defined, and a weighted ranking of 21 user needs was obtained. Consequently, an e-commerce APP that effectively met the needs of elderly individuals in traditional villages was designed. Experiments proves that the integrated KANO-AHP model established in this article can provide feasible design theoretical guidance for the elderly-friendly design of e-commerce APPs in traditional villages. Starting from the actual user needs of elderly individuals in traditional villages, this approach offers insights for design and development of related elderly-friendly APPs.
