摘要

目的 提升亲子家庭在城市公园中的科普体验,进而增强儿童对自然的认知与情感,以及增强亲子间的互动与联系。方法 从用户研究角度出发,采用诺曼3个层次理论和Kano模型,筛选、梳理亲子家庭城市公园自然科普体验需求的不同层级和优先级。结果 分析得出亲子家庭在本能层、行为层、反思层3个维度的科普体验需求偏好,并针对其偏好提出对应的设计方案。结论 针对3种不同设计维度中的25项设计需求进行优先级排序,获取亲子家庭在自然科普体验中最为认可的偏好需求,为后续的城市公园科普体验服务建设提供科学的理论指导。

Abstract

The work aims to enhance the popular science experience of parent-child families in urban parks, thereby enhancing children's cognition and emotion of nature and the interaction and connection between parents and children. From the perspective of user research, the Norman's three-level theory and the Kano model were adopted to screen and sort out different levels and priorities of the needs of the parents-child family in the urban park popular natural science experience. This paper analyzed the popular science experience preferences of parent-child families in three dimensions: instinct level, behavior level, and reflection level, and put forward corresponding design strategies and design schemes. Through prioritizing 25 design needs in 3 different design dimensions, the most recognized preference needs of parent-child families in the popular natural science experience are obtained, providing scientific theoretical guidance for the subsequent popular science experience service construction of urban parks.
