摘要

目的 解决市面现有无接触式洗车站用户体验差的问题,提高产品的用户使用满意度。方法 基于场景理论,通过分析和构建客观场景、目标场景和实际场景来驱动设计创新。首先依据桌面调研和用户深度访谈制作用户体验地图,获取客观场景下的用户需求。随后,使用Kano需求问卷量化用户需求的重要度。通过目标场景的构建与分析形成设计策略,指导设计实践。最后,根据设计方案搭建实际场景进行功能测试并借助李克特量表对设计方案进行用户满意度评价。结果 评价结果显示无接触式洗车站的用户满意度明显提高。依据测试和评价结果进一步优化设计方案。结论 基于场景理论的产品设计流程有效提高了设计质量和用户体验,验证了该方法在产品设计实践中的可行性与指导意义,对同类设备的开发与优化具有参考价值。

Abstract

Objectiveto solve the problem of poor user experience of the existing contactless washing station in the market and improve the user satisfaction of the product. Methodsbased on scenario theory, design innovation is driven by analyzing and constructing objective scenarios, target scenarios and actual scenarios. Firstly, based on desktop research and in-depth user interviews, a user experience map is created to obtain user needs under objective scenarios; then, the Kano demand questionnaire is used to quantify the importance of user needs; design strategies are formed through the construction and analysis of target scenarios to guide design practice. Finally, the actual scenarios are constructed according to the design scheme for functional testing, and the design scheme is evaluated for user satisfaction with the help of Likert scale. Resultsthe evaluation results show that the user satisfaction of the contactless washing station is significantly improved. Based on the test and evaluation results, the design solution is further optimized. Conclusionthe product design process based on scenario theory effectively improves the design quality and user experience, verifies the feasibility and guiding significance of the method in product design practice, and has reference value for the development and optimization of similar equipment.
