目的 为提升家用膏方机产品使用体验品质,尝试提出基于SJKADV的家用膏方机设计方法论模型,将服务设计方法介入KANO模型、层次分析法、VOA设计评价法的设计流程,对产品进行优化升级,改善用户体验。方法 首先,运用利益相关者和用户旅程图等系统性分析工具,发掘用户和其他利益相关者的需求所在,系统获取用户需求;其次,采用KANO模型划分用户需求属性并构建层次分析模型,继而计算用户需求综合权重值,得出各需求项的优先级排序;最后,针对排序结果进行家用膏方机的方案设计并用价值机会分析法(Value Opportunity Analysis,VOA)进行方案评价。结论 该设计方法论模型可以完善用户需求获取的系统性和精准性,增强用户需求结构优化的合理性,提高用户需求排序的客观性,进而改善用户在产品使用全过程的流畅度,提高服务品质,藉此为家用类产品设计提供方法借鉴。
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of use experience of household paste machine products, the work aims to put forward a design methodology model of household paste machine based on SJKADV, and involve service design methods into the design process of KANO model, analytic hierarchy process and VOA design evaluation method, so as to optimize and upgrade products and improve user experience. Firstly, systematic analysis tools such as stakeholder and user journey map were used to discover the needs of users and other stakeholders and systematically obtain user needs. Secondly, the KANO model was used to divide the attributes of user needs, and the hierarchical analysis model was constructed, and then the comprehensive weight value of user needs was calculated to obtain the priority ranking of each need item. Finally, according to the sorting results, the scheme design of the household paste machine was carried out, and the Value Opportunity Analysis (VOA) was used to evaluate the scheme. This design methodology model can improve the system and accuracy of user need acquisition, enhance the rationality of user need structure optimization, strengthen the objectivity of user need ranking, and then improve the fluency of users in the whole process of product use and optimize service quality, so as to provide a method for reference for household product design.
