目的 基于情感化设计理论,以洛阳龙门石窟景区停车场导视系统改善设计为例,探讨用户通过使用停车场导视系统而与景区产生情感联结的路径方法,为文化景区停车场导视系统的改善设计提供参考。方法 通过景区停车场用户情感体验分析,明确停车场导视系统情感化设计的必要性。针对导视系统现状及问题成因,依据唐纳德·A·诺曼情感化设计理论,对应情感化设计的3个层次,提出导视系统视觉形象提升、互动功能改善与情感温度融入的设计策略。依据情感化设计的审美性、易用性与共鸣性,从整体规划与具体设计两个方面,对导视系统各要素进行设计并通过停车场导视系统的3个层级进行设计展现。结论 龙门石窟景区停车场通过导视系统的改善设计,提升了审美形象,改善了互动功能,更好地展现了景区文化,使游客满意度与体验度得到提升,同时也为文化景区停车场导视系统的设计研究与实践提供了参考依据。
Abstract
Based on the emotional design theory, taking the improvement design of the parking guidance system in Luoyang Longmen Grottoes scenic spot as an example, this paper discusses the path and method of users' emotional connection with the scenic spot by using the parking lot, so as to provide reference for the improvement design of the parking guidance system in cultural scenic spots. Through the analysis of users' emotional experience in the scenic spot parking lot, the necessity of emotional design of parking guidance system is clarified; According to Donald A. Norman's emotional design theory and the three levels of emotional design, the design strategies of visual image improvement, interactive function improvement and emotional temperature integration of the guidance system are proposed; According to the aesthetics, ease of use and resonance of emotional design, the elements of the guidance system are designed from the two aspects of overall planning and specific design, and are displayed through the three levels of the parking guidance system. The parking lot in Longmen Grottoes scenic spot has improved the aesthetic image, improved the interactive function, better displayed the culture of the scenic spot, improved the satisfaction and experience of tourists, and provided a reference for the design, research and practice of the parking guidance system in cultural scenic spots.
