摘要

目的 为探索如何通过精确的用户需求分析和文化适配,推动顺德地理标志文创产品的现代转化与可持续发展,从而促进乡村振兴战略的落实。方法 结合模糊KANO模型(FKANO)模型与模糊层次分析法(FAHP)方法,构建了顺德地理标志文创产品设计的需求优先级排序与权重分析框架。通过问卷调查、深度访谈和参与观察等多种数据收集方式,收集乡村居民、城市消费者和旅游者三类用户群体的定量与定性数据。进一步利用FKANO模型对需求属性进行分类,并采用FAHP方法对需求权重进行量化分析。结果 文化传承功能在顺德地理标志文创产品设计中占据核心地位,表明消费者对文化的准确性、创新性与地域性的重视。功能性需求与情感体验需求相辅相成,增强了产品的市场竞争力。此外,实用性与情感化设计的平衡是产品设计成功的关键。结论 基于FKANO与FAHP方法的需求分析框架,为顺德地理标志文创产品设计提供了系统的理论支持,并为乡村文化的现代转化提供了切实可行的路径。

Abstract

The work aims to explore how to promote the modern transformation and sustainable development of cultural and creative products of Shunde geographical indications through precise user demand analysis and cultural adaptation, so as to advance the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Combined with the FKANO model and the FAHP method, a demand prioritization and weighting analysis framework for the design of Shunde geographical indication cultural and creative products was constructed. Quantitative and qualitative data of three types of user groups, namely, rural residents, urban consumers and tourists, were collected through various data collection methods, such as questionnaires, in-depth interviews and participant observation. The demand attributes were further classified with the FKANO model, and the demand weights were quantitatively analyzed with the FAHP method. The cultural heritage function occupied a core position in the design of Shunde geographical indication cultural and creative products, indicating that consumers placed great importance on cultural accuracy, innovation, and regional characteristics. Functional needs and emotional experience needs complemented each other, enhancing the market competitiveness of the products. Furthermore, striking a balance between practicality and emotional design was key to the success of product design. The demand analysis framework based on the FKANO and FAHP methods provides systematic theoretical support for the design of cultural and creative products of Shunde geographical indications, offering a practical pathway for the modern transformation of rural culture.
