摘要

目的 针对快节奏的工作和生活中上班群体忘记喝水的问题,探索以用户需求为导向的智能水杯设计,确保智能水杯的设计方案能有效满足用户体验、提高生活品质和增强市场竞争力。方法 首先采用Kano模型对上班群体的需求进行属性分类;其次,通过层次分析法对用户需求进行权重计算和排序,在此基础上,运用情感化设计策略,从用户体验的本能层、行为层和反思层入手,对智能水杯进行优化设计;最后,利用模糊综合评价法对设计方案进行客观评估,及时发现不足并优化改进。结果 定量分析用户需求并采取针对性情感化设计措施,有效提升了用户体验。结论 对Kano-AHP和模糊综合评估的科学运用,可以准确分析用户需求,指导设计方案的开发和客观评估,提升智能水杯设计的创新性和严谨性,为同类产品的设计实践提供参考。

Abstract

In view of the issue that the working group often neglects to hydrate amidst their fast-paced work and lifestyle, the work aims to explore the user needs-oriented smart water cup design, so as to ensure that the design can effectively satisfy user experience, enhance quality of life, and boost market competitiveness. Firstly, the Kano model was used to classify the needs of the working group, and then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was employed to calculate the weights and rank the user needs. Based on this, emotional design strategies were adopted to optimize the design of the smart water cup from the instinctual, behavioral, and reflective layers of user experience. Finally, the design scheme was objectively evaluated with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify and improve any shortcomings. By quantitatively analyzing user needs and taking targeted emotional design measures, the user experience was effectively improved. By scientifically applying the Kano-AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, user needs are accurately analyzed, guiding the development of the design scheme and objective evaluation, improving the innovation and rigor of smart water cup design, and providing reference for similar product design practices.
