摘要

目的 在当前智慧社区养老服务系统运行过程中,老年服务需求逐渐呈现多样化特征,然而由于需求的优先级排序体系尚未完善,进而引发了服务供给与需求匹配失衡的问题。方法 通过系统梳理养老服务现状,聚焦老年人在社区养老中的健康管理需求,运用KANO模型对用户需求进行属性分类与优先级判定,借助TOPSIS法量化目前养老需求重要度并对其进行筛选,提出了一种基于KANO-TOPSIS法的数智化养老健康管理服务需求排序方法,从而得到养老健康管理需求问题合理的解决途径和方案,构建社区养老健康管理服务系统设计策略。结果 从日常照料、医疗保健、精神支持等类别出发构建社区智慧养老、健康养老服务平台,满足养老人群健康管理的多样化需求,提升养老服务的满意度。结论 通过研究社区养老健康管理服务需求类型优先排序为社区智慧养老服务系统设计的设计实践提供研究基础。

Abstract

Purpose: In the operation of the current smart community elderly care service system, the demand for elderly services is gradually diversifying. However, due to the imperfect priority ranking system for these demands, there arises a problem of imbalance in the matching between service supply and demand. Method: This article systematically reviews the current status of elderly care services, focuses on the health management needs of the elderly in community elderly care, uses the KANO model to classify user needs into attributes and prioritize them, quantifies the importance of current elderly care needs using the TOPSIS method, and screens them. A digital elderly care health management service demand ranking method based on the KANO-TOPSIS method is proposed to obtain reasonable solutions and plans for elderly care health management demand problems, and to construct a design strategy and model for community elderly care health management service systems. Result: Build a community smart elderly care and healthy elderly care service platform from categories such as daily care, medical care, and spiritual support, to meet the diverse needs of elderly people for health management and improve the satisfaction of elderly care services. Conclusion: By studying the priority ordering of demand types for community elderly care and health management services, a research foundation is provided for the design practice of community smart elderly care service system design.
