目的 针对老年肌少症康复产品设计中,因忽视用户身心联动机制,导致康复训练依从性较低的问题,本研究基于具身认知理论,旨在设计开发一款康复产品,以全面提升用户的康复体验与干预效果。方法 首先,通过问卷调查与访谈获取目标用户需求,以具身认知理论为指导,从感知层、行为层、情境层3个方面进行分析整理,并运用层次分析法AHP进行优先级排序;接着,借助质量功能展开QFD构建判断矩阵,将用户需求转化为产品技术特征;其次,利用FBS模型实现功能—行为—结构的逐级映射,明确老年肌少症康复产品的结构;最后,运用模糊综合评价法FCE验证设计方案的科学性与合理性。结果 确立了具身认知视域下老年肌少症康复产品设计路径,形成了AHP-QFD-FBS-FCE的创新设计框架,实现了产品的优化设计。结论 本研究弥补了传统康复产品在身心协同与文化符号融入方面的不足,为老年肌少症及相关领域康复产品的创新与发展提供了理论指导与实践参考。
Abstract
The work aims to design and develop a rehabilitation product that comprehensively enhances user experience and intervention effectiveness according to the embodied cognition theory to address the issue of low rehabilitation training adherence in sarcopenia rehabilitation product design for the elderly, stemming from neglect of users' mind-body interaction mechanisms. First, target user needs were gathered through questionnaires and interviews. Guided by embodied cognition theory, these needs were analyzed and organized across three dimensions—perceptual, behavioral, and contextual—and prioritized according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Next, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was employed to construct a judgment matrix, translating user needs into product technical features. Then, the FBS model was applied to achieve hierarchical mapping of function-behavior-structure, clarifying the product structure for sarcopenia rehabilitation. Finally, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) method was applied to validate the scientific validity and rationality of the design solution. Ultimately, this study established a design pathway for sarcopenia rehabilitation products within the embodied cognition framework, forming an innovative design framework integrating AHP-QFD-FBS- FCE to achieve optimized product design. Results indicate this study compensates for deficiencies in traditional rehabilitation products regarding mind-body coordination and cultural symbol integration, providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for innovation and development in sarcopenia rehabilitation products and related fields.
