摘要

目的 针对京津冀地区大运河地域特色的文创产品发展现状,引入共生理论作为分析框架,系统探讨其设计优化与实践路径。方法 通过对相关文献调研和实证数据收集,运用KANO-AHP模型进行交叉验证分析,识别用户核心需求。基于共生理论,深入剖析具有地域特色的文创产品设计、生产、传播等环节中各主体间的共生关系并据此提出发展策略。结果 整合现有资源并结合案例研究明晰关键共生单元及其关联,提出针对性设计优化策略,按照共生理论进行京津冀大运河文创产品的系统化设计与可持续性发展。结论 识别用户核心需求,构建多主体协同机制是提升产品设计质量与文化传播效能的核心,整合共生单元资源,强化核心文化元素挖掘与转化,促进设计、生产、营销、消费等环节高效联动,推动京津冀大运河文创产品体系化、品牌化发展,增加区域文化认同感,促进区域文化产业深度融合。

Abstract

The work aims to address the current state of regionally-featured cultural and creative products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Grand Canal region by systematically exploring optimal design and practical pathways with the symbiotic theory as an analytical framework. By conducting a review of relevant literature and collecting empirical data, a KANO-AHP model was employed for cross-validation analysis to identify core user needs. Based on the symbiotic theory, the symbiotic relationships among various stakeholders across the design, production, and dissemination stages of these culturally-featured products were explored and key development strategies were proposed. By integrating existing resources and conducting case studies, the crucial symbiotic units and their interconnections were clarified, and targeted design optimization strategies were proposed to guide the systematic design and sustainable development of cultural and creative products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Grand Canal region in accordance with symbiotic principles. The core findings indicate that identifying fundamental user needs and establishing a multi-stakeholder collaborative mechanism are essential for improving both product design quality and the effectiveness of cultural dissemination. The research concludes with recommendations to integrate resources from symbiotic units, strengthen the exploration and transformation of core cultural elements, and foster efficient collaboration across design, production, marketing, and consumption. This holistic approach is designed to promote the systematic and brand-oriented development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Grand Canal cultural product system, thereby enhancing regional cultural identity and facilitating the deep integration of the regional cultural industry.
